Isabelle Tran - Undergraduate student

Isabelle was born in Fort Irwin, a military base in Barstow, California, and grew up in Santa Ana and Huntington Beach. She returned to the Inland Empire to pursue a degree in biochemistry at UCR and eventually achieve her dream of becoming a physician. In her free time, Isabelle likes to partake in all sorts of (mostly eastern) entertainment, from Japanese animations to Chinese light novels. Isabelle’s dad calls her lazy but she calls it 'cultural enrichment'. Isabelle claims that idea also extends to her stomach, and she actively pursues new cuisines to try. Her other hobbies include sculpting, team problem solving games, and card making in the winter time.
