McKinley is a chemistry major at UCR who grew up with roots all over the United States. Being a military brat, McKinley spent his life growing up in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Virginia, and California. His only goal in life is to be happy, and he believes that with the right amount of hard work and dedication into his passions, he will gain the opportunities in life in order to achieve happiness. In his time in the Su Lab, McKinley hopes to grow further in his passion for chemistry as he learns to synthesize complex silicon molecules. His main hobbies include playing as well as listening to music, chemistry, education, playing video games with friends, and analyzing art.
